This is commonly called a messy Lasagna.  It consists of our homemade meatballs, Italian sausage, ricotta cheese, ground beef and plenty of tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese all baked together with ziti noodles.

Cheese stuffed tortellini prepared in a rosé cream sauce with grilled chicken breast, roasted peppers, green onions, and mushrooms.

Pasta Salad

Zucchini, yellow squash, red onions, yellow and red bell pepper, and carrots are roasted in the oven with a blend of Italian spices, olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette.  They are then combined with diced roasted chicken breast and spiral noodles with a splash of Marinara sauce.

Sausage and Potatoes

This is a twist on the traditional Italian Sausage & Peppers dinner.  We sauté the sausage with garlic, onions, roasted peppers, Italian spices and white wine then we add diced roasted potatoes to it.  Can be prepared white or in a red marinara sauce.  (This dish can also be made with chicken instead of sausage.)

These pastas are made in house and stuffed with ricotta, mozzarella, provolone, and parmiggiano cheese.  Covered in tomato sauce and baked with mozzarella cheese on top.

Chicken Dishes

Any of the chicken dishes that are on our regular menu can also be prepared for catering orders.  Chicken dishes must be ordered by portion rather then tray size.  Each portion consists of one whole 8oz chicken breast which we cut into two half breasts.  These are served without pasta.

Focaccia Bread

We highly recommend this bread for all parties.  We make it in house it is covered with mozzarella cheese, garlic, olive oil, and Italian spices.  It holds up very well for extended periods of time, it tastes absolutely wonderful and it comes with our homemade tomato sauce to dip in.
