Large Tray Sausage & Potatoes |

This is a twist on the traditional Italian Sausage & Peppers dinner. We sauté the sausage with garlic, onions, roasted peppers, Italian spices and white wine then we add diced roasted potatoes to it. Can be prepared white or in a red marinara sauce. (This dish can also be made with chicken instead of sausage.) |
